  20. R. and B. of TONI BRAXTON. With a smoky contralto, a debut gold
  21. album, and a Top 10 single, Braxton, 25, seems destined for
  22. pop diva-dom. Ironic, given that Braxton, the daughter of a
  23. fundamentalist minister, was only permitted to listen to gospel
  24. music growing up. Confesses the ex-church choir member: "At
